Burro Campo dei Fiori FOO’D is a butter made using churned full cream milk selected by Davide Oldani.

This production method enhances the cream’s organoleptic properties, giving the butter a rich yet balanced flavor and characteristics that make it perfect for use in the kitchen.

It is recommended to use it raw or melt it off the heat, to prepare rice, meat sauces, fish and vegetable dishes.
