Campo dei Fiori is an outstanding Italian production reality that originally started out producing butter. Today the company's offer also includes single-portion cheeses, sliced cheeses, stretched-curd cheese for pizza, fresh spreadable cream cheese, cooking cream, béchamel sauce and freshly squeezed fruit juice.
Founded in 1947 in Daverio (in the province of Varese, Lombardy region, in the north of Italy), it maintains its production plant and offices here, and today employs around 140 people. Whatever the end-product, Campo dei Fiori’s development and production philosophy is always the same and is inspired by three core values: Professionalism, Simplicity and Pragmatism.
